New 6,500 sqft Residence, home office, 3-car garage, outdoor kitchen, terrace and finished basement. The design of this house began with a simple request, the young owners wished for a large kitchen that was open to the family room. This was the beginning of the project and assisted in organizing the other rooms of the house. Careful attention was paid to the siting of the house to allow for maximizing the amount of daylight while maintaining a sense of privacy while inside. The second floor contains a master suite with his and her dressing rooms, three children’s bedrooms, two baths and laundry.
