I feel the most successful projects are collaborative in nature. An open and ongoing dialogue with each client is essential to achieving the best results. A project will often begin with a simple idea, concept or even a basic need. From there, our mutual goal is to arrive at a unique solution that addresses your specific needs as they relate to functionality and design. Successful solutions are those where every detail from scale and proportion are in harmony with your site and/or existing structure.
All phases of architectural services are provided, this includes assisting with site selection, programming, schematic design through building construction. The scope of architectural work includes, but is not limited to, new buildings, renovations, additions, historic restorations both residential and commercial. I have extensive knowledge of coastal construction practices, FEMA and zoning regulations and work in numerous historic districts.
